Need Urgent Help or Support?

At Keepingwell, we provide emotional support, however, we are not an emergency service. If you feel like your life is or you are a risk to yourself or others or require urgent support, we recommend you seek urgent support from one of the NHS services or do the following things:

If it is a life threatening emergency, call 999 now, or go to your closest A&E.

Feeling overwhelmed is alright sometimes, but if your life is in danger for any reason, SEEK HELP NOW!

If you do not require immediate support than please make contact with your GP and inform them of your struggles. If it is out of hours then you can also call 111.

Call an urgent mental health helpline, your local one can be located here

Further information on support and ways of coping can also be found on this link
